A fun one day workshop perfect for anyone who would like an introduction to improvisation and acting.  This is a great way to improve your communication skills and your ability to think on your feet.  Studies have shown that improvisation boosts creativity and confidence as well as decreasing stress and anxiety in situations of  uncertainty.  As an adult our inhibitions can result in us turning down opportunities that could be beneficial to us in our personal and or profession lives. Improvisation is a brilliant tool that helps us to enjoy the freedom of being uninhibited.

For those who would like to improve your acting skills, then mastering the art of improvisation is key in helping to perform believable characters and learning about physicality of theatre.  The course is taken by Kevin McMahon an experience actor and vocal coach and he will expertly guide you in this practical  and fun course through all the basic elements of improvisation.
